The Excelcare Annual Awards is a flagship event celebrating the dedication and achievements of their team. Hosted at the prestigious Braxted Park, the day required a seamless blend of elegance and technical excellence.

With a dynamic three-part setup an indoor awards ceremony, an outdoor festival-style celebration, and a return indoors for an evening party the event posed significant logistical and production challenges. Precision in sound, lighting, and visuals was critical to creating a polished experience at each stage of the event.

Our Approach

Spotlight Sound took a strategic approach to ensure a seamless production:

  • Staging & Set Design: We installed a professional stage inside for the awards ceremony, creating an elegant setting for recognition and speeches. The outdoor trailer stage was fully equipped to accommodate live entertainment, and a festival atmosphere. Later, we transitioned back indoors for the evening party, after a quick turn around from the awards to an party set up.
  • Lighting: Professional lighting design for the awards, vibrant lighting to the outdoor festival, and created an intimate, celebratory atmosphere for the evening party.
  • Sound: Clear audio was paramount across all three segments of the event. Indoors, our system ensured speeches and presentations were delivered with clarity. Outdoors, we provided robust sound to maintain energy and engagement. Finally, we adapted our setup for the evening party to support music and entertainment.
  • Visuals: High quality screens and projection for presentation of awards, ensuring every guest had a clear view of the proceedings. Outside, visuals complemented the festival atmosphere, and later, they enhanced the ambiance of the indoor party.
